Not that I am encouraging you to drink alcohol; but if you are going to do it while still trying to lose weight, here are some choices to consider:
- Vodka and Tonic
- Rum and Diet Coke
- White Zifandale
- Michelob Ultra
- Any liquor served straight up with a lime wedge
Stay away from mixed drinks that contain liqueurs such as: Margaritas, and Hurricanes if you want to lose weight. Also, volunteer to be the designated driver so that you are not as likely to drink as much as you may normally would. Life is meant to be enjoyed. Have fun, and sip wisely.
