Cajun Kale Chips Recipe

I am not sure how long you have been subscribed to my website, but a long time ago I promised to give my recipe on how to make Cajun Kale Chips. It’s almost a year later, but hey…better late than never right?


1 bag of kales

Sea salt

Unsalted Cajun seasoning

Extra virgin olive oil


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2. Use non-stick olive oil cooking spray on a cookie sheet

3. Spread kale greens onto the cookie sheet

4. drizzle olive oil on kale chips, then season using sea salt and Cajun seasoning

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes

6. Enjoy!!!

These are delicious when you want a late night snack. I also have been snacking on frozen grapes, raw almonds, carrots and sunflower seed butter, cherries, and sea weed. I will be posting a recipe for Zucchini chips soon. Those are also delicious and easy to make just like Cajun Kale Chips.
