Boost Your Sedentry Lifestyle

Working two jobs from home is killing my metabolism; so I have come up with a simple solution to boost my sedentary lifestyle. I have come up a set of simple exercises to do to keep my blood pumping in-between sitting all day:

25 Jumping Jacks

25 squats

25 lunges

25 calf raises

25 superman’s

25 sec planks

I do these throughout the day when I am tired of sitting. This really helps get my heart rate pumping. If you work out of an office all day, take 15 minute breaks to do these twice throughout the day. I also do this when I first wake up. This should take you no more than 5 minutes to complete.
