Just a word of advice for anyone feeling discouraged with their weight loss achievements:
Not all of us were athletes or active growing up, and do not have the discipline to exercise and eat right on a consistent basis. Those concepts are just being learned in our later years. So don’t get discouraged as you practice doing what works for you to get in shape. You have to keep progressing, and persevere. Exercising while over-weight is very taxing on the body, and is very hard to do, but as the old saying goes, “no pain, no gain!” The pain you endure during your weight-loss journey will gain you confidence and good health so keeping going. Keep practicing, and never get discouraged.
Find what diet and exercise program works for you, get determined, and make a habit of it doing it until you are ready to maintain your results.
