Phase 3 was going so well up until week 10. I did ten weeks of it, and got burnt out on it. Phase 3 are repeat workouts from Phase 1. Keep in mind I had been stuck in Phase 1 since early this year. So I guess I needed a breat, BUT…I am back on track today.
Personally, I like P90X because it gives you a platform on how to lift weights to lose or maintain your weight. P90X will forever be a part of my fitness routine because it works. I love that I can workout at home, and I love that I can make the workout as extreme as I want it to be.
