P90X – Time to Get Serious

So, I am turning 30 years old, June 2nd, and guess what that means? It’s time to turn up!

I’m turning up with P90X. It’s official. I don’t know what came over me, but I’m ready to tackle this program.  There are three phases all together, and I will be taking the doubles approach to achieve amazing results. I am mentally ready to start this program, and give it a fair review for my followers. Ninety days is the same amount of time it took for me to lose 12lbs with Jamie Eason’s Live Fit 12 Week Trainer program. Now I’m looking for excellent results, with hopes to lose 25 – 30lbs.

I started P90X last Wednesday, and I’ve been sticking to it thus far. Today is Kenpo X time! As of date, I have loss 4lbs this week alone. The workouts are tough, but I am going at my own pace, and not letting my frustrations make me quite the program. I will be posting updates at the end of each phase, and photos of my progress under my Photo Gallery. For all of those who have wanted to do P90X, but never did for whatever reason, follow me so I can give you the nitty gritty about this workout.
