Positive Vibration

“And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.” – Matthew 21:22

The beauty about physical fitness and nutrition is that not only does it strengthen and tone your body, but it also strengthens your mind and improves your mood. Exercise increases blood flow to the brain and is a great way to reduce stress. The foods we eat are full of hormones and additives, and effects every activity being processed in our brains from the feeling of knowing when your full from a meal, to how we interpret the events around us. In the brain is where our personality begins to be shaped, thoughts get generated, and perceptions of life experiences develop. With the high cost of healthy food being almost unattainable for most people, and the thought of trying to add a fitness program into a busy schedule being almost impossible, it’s no wonder more than one-third of US adults are obese, and that 80% of people who see physicians are depressed. I completely sympathize with the average person who wishes not only to improve their physical appearance, but to improve their mental health.

Positive vibrations or vibes are those sensors that God uses to communicate with us that we are approaching a bad or good person or situation. You will want to make sure that God never communicates to anyone that you are a bad person, or situation to be around. To change bad vibes to good vibes, you must start improving the thoughts that develop in your brain. There are three ways to send out positive vibes: (1) good nutrition, (2) exercise, and (3) read. I have read a few books that have helped me change my perception on life, and make me a much happier person. Trust me when I tell you that your attitude, your perception on life, and your outlook towards your future is the last step to beautifying yourself. To change your life experiences you will have change the things that you do, the company you keep, and the things you feed your soul such as the type of music you listen to, the type of movies that you watch, and the way you spend idle time. Don’t stress about the things you cannot change. Be joyful, approachable, make eye contact, and if nothing else smile.

I love my life, and enjoy every moment of it. We as human beings are made in the image and likeness of God, and have an amazing ability to speak things into existence just as He did. Speak positive. Being a positive person, with a positive outlook on life will send positive vibrations to the people around you. That is when your God intended beauty begins to be revealed from within.

Check out some of the self-help books I have read showing in GoodReads. They have all helped me to think positive and make wiser choices. I hope that if you read these books they will help you too.
