Mental Weight Loss

Most people fail to realize that weight loss is more mental than it is physical. I found that being inspired, and motivated was not enough for me to get started on my weight loss journey. I had to get determined. Determination is the #1 contributor to reaching any goal you have in life, including weight loss. Once you get determined, you have to stay determined until you reach your goal (consistency). This is why I highly recommend daily meditation.

Meditate by visualizing the body you wish to have. Visualization is powerful, and is a great way to keep you determined throughout your weight loss journey. You know exactly what you need to do to shed the pounds (exercise and cut back on your food intake). Now its time to get determined, and make it happen.
